True story:

I launched my own AI tool last week called EmailStoryselling.ai.

With it, users get access to three highly-specialized bots:

- The Avatar Bot (maps out your ideal customer)
- The Email Storyselling Bot (writes your daily emails)
- The Ad Copy Bot (writes long-form Meta Ads)

Plus I’ll be releasing new ones in the coming months for sales pages, upsells, launch sequences, offer docs, and much more.

So I’m pretty jazzed about it.

Because overall, the launch was a big win in my book.

72 people signed up for a $1 trial.

How many of those people convert to a full paying subscription remains to be seen…

But so far, the numbers look great.

Better than I expected.

It’s no secret that AI has reshaped the knowledge economy…

Yet the effects are far from finished reverberating through the marketplace.

So, to make sure this coming wave doesn’t wash away your entire business…

Here are 3 ways to productize your expertise in 2026:

LEVEL 1: Create an online course

This is the starting point for most experts.

You package your framework, methodology, or system into a structured learning experience.

Could be video lessons, workbooks, templates, whatever makes sense.

The key is it needs to deliver transformation without requiring your time.

Price it anywhere from $97 to $997+ depending on the market and the result.

This gives people a way to learn from you at scale.

LEVEL 2: Create a custom GPT

One step up from a course is building a custom GPT trained on your methodology.

Think of it like having a mini-you available 24/7 to answer questions and provide guidance.

You can build these inside ChatGPT (with a paid account) and share them publicly or with paying members only.

Upside is…

People get instant access to your expertise and customized feedback without waiting for email responses or booking calls.

Works great as a lead magnet or retention tool bolted onto an existing offer.

But I’ve seen some people sell theirs as a standalone too.

LEVEL 3: Whitelabel your own AI tool

This is the ultimate level.

Instead of relying on base Claude or ChatGPT, you whitelabel your own AI tool with custom features, branding, and full control.

Like what I did with EmailStoryselling.ai.

Yes, it requires more upfront investment and technical know-how…

But it also creates a recurring revenue stream.

Plus it properly positions you for the “post-knowledge” world where the audience no longer needs to acquire or possess the knowledge themselves…

Because they can access a tool that does the thing FOR them instead.

Now, regardless of which level you’re at…

There’s one “secret ingredient” that acts like rocket fuel for sales and adoption of productized expertise…

Especially with any AI-powered tool.

Without this, it’ll be a pretty tough slog to market and sell your expertise in 2026 no matter what niche you’re in.
