Happy Monday!
I went back and forth with a friend and former colleague on IG over the weekend…
And we got on the subject of “endgames.”
(i.e our ultimate long-term goals in business)
Here’s what he said:

For context:
He and his partners recently hit a million a month with a new offer.
Which is an insanely impressive feat.
7 figures in 30 days.
(that shit ain’t easy!)
Now, I don’t know all the details…
But I gather they’ve leased some office space in downtown Miami and have been grinding basically 24/7 to make this happen.
Something I have zero interest in doing.
I still want to have the time and mental bandwidth to be present with my wife, friends, family etc…
And enjoy the spoils of my (slightly less) hard work.
That said:
I have given thought to what my endgame is.
Something I encourage you to do as well…
Because starting with the end in mind provides clarity.
For me, it’s more like 7 figures a year.
(a target I’ve not yet reached)
However, equally important to the number of dollars is how I’m earning them.
Specifically:
With a peaceful business optimized for creative freedom.
You see, I have so much friggin’ fun coming up with new ideas for ads, emails, offers, marketing strategies, etc, and then trying to execute on them…
That I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.
It’s such a thrill to be building a business that reflects ME in every way…
Instead of doing whatever it takes to maximize sales and profits…
(like trying to scale a big high-ticket program, for ex)
No matter the cost to my life or my relationships.
That’s me, though.
You don’t have to share my goals or my vision.
(Although, I’d wager since you’re here… there’s a good chance it prob resonates with you ;)
Anyhow, my point is this:
Only YOU can decide how much is “enough”...
And how you’ll know when you’ve won the game.
Because if you don’t define these things for yourself…
Someone else will gladly do it for you.
