Get this:
The software company Oracle just posted $3.7 billion in profit on its last quarterly report.
A 27% jump in net income from the same quarter last year.
Now, you may or may not give a crap about software companies and tech stocks...
But suffice it to say:
By any measure, the company is crushing it.
(to wit: the founder is currently the 6th richest man in the world)
And yet...
Last week week, they sent out an ice cold 6 AM email to 30,000 employees...
Notifying them they were ALL being let go.
Ouch.
All so Oracle can redirect billions more toward AI infrastructure.
That's gotta sting.
Imagine sacrificing YEARS of your career to build someone else's business...
Only to get terminated via email.
Pretty savage, if you ask me.
I feel for those folks.
Just goes to show:
