Happy Monday! 🤘

Did you see the news that a group of thieves pulled off a heist at the Louvre in broad daylight yesterday?

Insane lol

Apparently, they used a truck with a portable furniture elevator to get up to the second floor…

Then busted in through the window, made off with a bunch of priceless crown jewels, and escaped on motorcycles.

You’d think this kind of thing would be virtually impossible today.

What’s even crazier is…

They pulled it off in less than 7 minutes.

Clearly indicating they had this all planned out.

French officials said these guys obviously did reconnaissance beforehand.

They knew exactly which cases to target and which pieces to grab.

They brought the right tools (angle grinders to cut through windows and display cases, for ex).

And they had motorcycles waiting with an escape route mapped along the Seine.

A professional job.

Well... mostly.

Turns out they tried to set their truck on fire to destroy evidence and couldn't get it to light.

And on their way out, they dropped a crown with nearly 1,400 diamonds and just left it on the floor.

In other words…

Even with a solid plan, they still made some mistakes.

But here's the thing:

Imagine how much worse it would've been without one.

If they'd just shown up hoping to wing it?

They'd be in handcuffs before they made it to the Mona Lisa 😂

This is the exact same mistake I see people making with their email list.

They show up without a plan…

Stare at a blank page for two hours trying to "figure out what to say" every single time…

Second-guess themselves…

Rewrite the same paragraph four times…

Then get depressed when they don’t make any sales.

Meanwhile, the people making consistent sales from their list follow a simple formula.

A repeatable system they can execute in 15 to 30 minutes a day that gets in…

Delivers value via storytelling…

And then moves on.

They don’t try to reinvent the wheel.

Instead, they take a playbook that works and run it over and over again.

Some food for thought :)
