Tim Ferriss just published some crazy book sales numbers on his blog:

His entire catalog (The 4-Hour Workweek, Tools of Titans, Tribe of Mentors, etc) is down roughly 80% in print sales since 2022.

And it's not just him.

The entire self-help category dropped 26.3% in Q1 of this year alone.

That is bonkers.

Now, what catalyzed this slow-motion collapse starting in 2022?

ChatGPT, of course.

Seth Godin chimed in the comments and said he's seeing the exact same thing with his own book sales.

This may be the last nail in the coffin for traditional publishing.
