Confession:
When it comes to AI, there’s two main schools of thought.
On one side, you've got the AI doomers...
Who think it’s going to bring the entire world crashing down.
Whether it's Skynet...
A handful of multi-billion dollar corporations reaping all the profits while the rest of us are on food stamps…
Or some other harrowing dystopia where everything’s gone horribly wrong…
It's a pretty grim picture.
On the other side, you've got the AI optimists...
Who see a new golden age of productivity and freedom…
Solutions to diseases like cancer and Alzheimer's...
And answers all the other thorny problems that have vexed humanity since time immemorial.
Truth is:
Depending on the day of the week, I can be a member of either camp lol
Because I'm immersed in this stuff daily...
I vacillate between the two ends of the spectrum.
And look, I can't claim to be able to predict the future.
I'd encourage you to be skeptical of anyone else who says they can.
However:
One thing that’s NOT debatable is this...
You have to become literate in this new language if you want to participate in the new AI-powered economy.
You must learn how to interact with these tools...
How to get the most out of them...
And how to factor their potential into all your mental calculations.
Frankly, I think the last one is the most overlooked:
Learning how to problem solve in a totally new way.
Instead of just launching into something...
Learning to step back and say:
"Why don't I ask AI what's the best way to approach this problem first?"
It really is a new way of navigating the world around us.
Now, I bring this up because no one knows whether AI is going to wipe out all white-collar work as we know it...
Or if through creative destruction it’s going to lead to the creation of a whole bunch of new jobs even higher up the value chain.
But one thing is for sure:
Whether it's one or the other, you need to know how to operate these tools.
Case in point:
Block (which is run by Jack Dorsey, one of the co-founders of Twitter) just announced they're laying off 40% of their employees.
More than 4,000 people.
(Score one for the doomers, I’d say 🙃)
But it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the employees they’re keeping…
… will be the most knowledgeable AI operators.
In other words…
If you want to future-proof your business in this new AI-powered economy…
Whether that's as a freelancer, service provider, coach, consultant, or course creator…
… the one common thread is this:
You MUST know how to operate these tools.
And one of the best ways to do that is being an avid user and early adopter.
Which is where ESS AI comes in.
It’s my own personal AI writing assistant…
Purpose-built from the ground up…
Trained on $50m+ in sales…
And designed to emulate your voice better than a world-class ghostwriter.
Because if you’re anything like me…
Then you take pride in having an authentic voice and personality to share with your audience…
And you refuse to settle for anything less.
(in case you’re wondering - yes, I used it to write this email ;)
But if you’re interested in taking ESS AI for a spin…
You’d better act fast.
Because the Unlimited Plan expires on Monday.
Which means if you want to be able to create UNLIMITED avatars, voice profiles, Projects, emails, ads, and much more…
Now's the time to lock it in.
You’ve got less than 72 hours left.
