One of my coaching clients runs a 6-month leadership program.
The delivery is mostly virtual…
But each cohort culminates in a trip to an aspirational destination like Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu, Egypt, etc.
And from what I can tell…
It’s as incredible and life-changing as it sounds.
Hence why enrollment in the program costs anywhere from 16-23k.
Now, when we started working together…
Her goal was to drive more enrollments from the list, which they’d been severely neglecting.
They weren’t mailing very often…
And didn’t know how to balance delivering value vs making offers.
The list wasn’t ice cold… but it was pretty chilly.
So she was highly motivated to turn things around.
Yet like many busy entrepreneurs…
She’s been juggling a ton of competing priorities this year…
Some predictable, some not…
And so, there’s been a few speedbumps on the path to getting more emails out on a regular basis.
Nevertheless:
Over the past few weeks, she’s managed to get the process dialled in.
Now they’re mailing a few times per week.
Better still:
Someone booked a call from one of her recent emails who originally inquired about the program back in 2019.
6 YEARS AGO!
She explicitly mentioned the email on the call…
Explained how deeply it resonated with her…
And ended up joining the latest cohort.
Pretty darn cool, right?
Just goes to show:
While the deeper value of Email Storyselling may come from mailing daily…
Sometimes one email is all it takes to convert subscribers into clients and customers.
Even if you’re selling at a 16k+ price point.
