One of my all-time favorite storytellers is a guy named Boyd Varty.

He’s a lion tracker who runs a game reserve in South Africa.

As well as a coach, author, and speaker.

I first stumbled across him on Tim Ferriss’s podcast back in 2022.

Since then, I’ve read one of his books (which was beautiful) and listened to him on a bunch of other podcasts.

Why?

Well, not only is a master storyteller who’s lived an unbelievable life…

(including being bit by a crocodile… among many other crazy things lol)

But, more importantly:

He has an incredible knack for extracting meaning from the stories he tells.

Something that also applies to Email Storyselling.

You can tell this is someone who’s cultivated their powers of observation to the highest level.

And that, paired with his extensive exposure to the natural world…

Makes for a very worthwhile listening experience

So if you want to treat yourself to some storytelling wizardry…

And walk away with some deep thoughts on the meaning of life to chew on…
