Confession:

I've been banging my head against the wall this week.

You see, I've been working on the website copy for EmailStoryselling.ai 2.0...

And website copy isn't really my thing.

I spend most of my time writing ads, emails, and other short-form stuff.

So this was a little outside my lane.

And for a few days there, I was just... stuck.

Staring at a blank Google Doc, willing the words to appear, getting absolutely nowhere.

Finally sat down and asked myself what was actually going on…

Turns out the problem had nothing to do with writing.

It was structure.

I was trying to go from blank page to finished copy without an outline.

No skeleton. No roadmap. Just vibes and wishful thinking lol

And here's the embarrassing part...

This is a lesson I've learned dozens of times over the years.

Yet somehow, every time I sit down to write something unfamiliar, I forget it all over again 🙃

So I fell back on a trick I learned from Steven Pressfield.

It’s called the “Blitzkrieg Method.”

This is where you focus on the path of least resistance.

Write whatever comes easiest.

And as soon as you encounter resistance, you open up a new front of attack.

By moving onto another line or another section.

The goal is to stay in perpetual motion and avoid getting bogged down.

In the case of my website copy project…

That meant building a skeletal structure first, with the main headline, subheads, then placeholders for each section, like:

- Insert testimonials here
- Insert FAQ here
- Insert how it works here
- Etc etc

Then I started with whatever felt easiest.

(The FAQ, in this case. Hard to get writer's block answering boilerplate questions ;)

And just like that... the whole thing started moving.

Moral of the story is:

Writer's block is almost never a writing problem.

It's a structure problem.

Which is exactly why I baked outlines into the Email Storyselling Bot.

It turns your raw story idea into a complete outline before it writes a single word of your email.

Not just to get you unstuck...

But also as a quality checkpoint.

Because nine times out of ten, when an email doesn't convert, the problem isn't the writing.

It's the logical flow.

And that’s best assessed in the outline stage.

So if you've ever stared at a blank page wondering where to even start with your emails...

P.S:

We’re sunsetting the Unlimited Plan in a few weeks time.

And once we do…

If you want access to all the current bots we’ve got, along with all future ones we release, you’ll need to pay $297/month.

Meanwhile, everyone on the Unlimited Plan will be grandfathered in at just $97/month.

So I recommend you check it out before the deadline on March 2 :)
