Check this out:
A few months ago, I put out an offer for anyone who left me a review on my Facebook Page to get access to a new Google doc + video training I recorded for private clients.
62 people ultimately took me up on it:

Which means I’ve now got a whackload of reviews to showcase for anyone who wants to poke around before buying something from one of my ads.
Pretty cool, right?
This approach is called a “2-step”...
And the way it works is simple:
You make a free offer that’s conditional on your audience taking a specific action.
This is typically replying with a relevant keyword…
(like “BUYERS” or “LAUNCH”, for example)
But it can also be another action you want people to take.
Like dropping a review, in my case.
Once the person completes the action…
You send them the asset you promised…
Thereby laying the groundwork for a Pavlovian response anytime you make them an offer (or simply hint at one) in the future.
In other words:
It’s a killer technique for training people to read and respond to your emails.
Something I’m realizing I should probably be doing more often.
Either way:
If you’re struggling to get your list to respond to your paid offers…
Try putting out a 2-step and see what happens.
